Group Fitness Classes

At DOOLEYS Health + Fitness, we offer complimentary LIVE AND VIRTUAL group fitness classes as part of your gym membership.
We’ve got everything covered from Yoga to HI Circuit, Pilates to Les Mills, BoXing to Zumba.

Experience Les Mills Virtual! A cinematic-quality of our live Les Mills classes (offering many more LM programs) and perfect for members who cannot get access to our live classes or who want a taste of LM classes before participating in a live class.
We offer On-Demand Virtual classes outside times where there are no live or pre-scheduled virtual classes on our timetable. It is an easier and more convenient way to train on your terms and own schedule. Our friendly staff can show you how to select a class of your choice.

How to book your Group Fitness Class

1. See gym reception to scan QR CODE to download App
2. Our staff will guide you through this process
5. Once done remain on DOOLEYS home page
6. Click on CLASSES to view and book

About your class booking:

  • Classes can be booked within 2 hours before it commence
  • Members can book two (2) classes at a time. If you wish to attend more classes, please see gym staff when you arrive on the day.
  • Cancellation will close 20 minutes before class start time. If you cannot attend, cancel through the app or call us on 87456202.
  • If you book a class, do not cancel and do not attend – there will be a 24 hour class booking suspension on your account
  • If you are running 5 or more minutes late, your spot may be lost

BoXing offers strong elements of partner work giving you the opportunity to connect and train with like-minded members who are here for the same reasons you are.
