FREE Online Live Group Fitness Class: Yoga, Pump, Pilates, HIIT & Core

Our Winter timetable is not currently running during lockdown.

However, we’ve introduced FREE Online Classes to help our Members remain happy and healthy during this challenging time.

Experience all your favourite classes such as Pilates, Yoga, Pump, HIIT and Core from the comfort of your own home.

All classes will be instructed by our qualified trainers amongst a fun and friendly online community.

These classes are available to both Members and Guests free of charge.

  • The original Les Mills barbell class that will sculpt, tone and strengthen the entire body. Individual choice of weights and high repetition movements inspire participants to burn fat, gain strength, build lean muscle and get results, fast!
