Load the barbell with a weight that’ll allow you to complete high repetitions while still feeling the maximum effects of each exercise. Body Pump will sculpt, tone and strengthen the entire body. The high repetition experienced through each exercise will get your body into a high fat burning strength that will result in lean muscle and fast results!

All Les Mills classes are run from the main Group Fitness studio fitted out with everything you need to get the workouts DONE!

Don’t forget your water bottle and towel. You’re also welcome to bring your own Gym mat.
