Increase your flexibility and mobility with gentle stretches, postures and poses. Increase muscle strength, build stamina, tone and lengthen the entire body. Incorporate meditation and breathing for more than a physical workout and explore the range of motions our body is designed to do.

Yoga mats are supplied however you are welcome to bring your own. Make sure to bring a towel and water bottle!

We encourage you to add a variety of different classes to your program to get the best results.
