Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity dance moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
Always bring a towel and water bottle.
We encourage you to add a variety of different classes to your program to get the best results. For example: HI CIRCUIT will build your capabilities in overall fitness, BODY PUMP will promise an efficient total body weights workout to build lean muscle and tone the body, and BODY COMBAT will elevate your endurance capabilities while increasing your cardiovascular fitness.
