Group Exercise FAQ

1. How do I register for a Group Exercise Class?

Download our DOOLEYS Health + Fitness App and create an account. You can view our group exercise timetable however may not be able to book a class straight away. Our staff will verify your account before you can start to book classes.

Class bookings are only open 2 hours before class commencement time.

Example: You can book a 6.30pm class from 4.30pm onwards.

2. What happens if I'm more than 5 minutes late for a Group Exercise Class?

If you have booked a class and is more than 5 minutes late, your spot may be given to another member to attend.

If you book a class, do not attend and do not cancel, there will be a 24 hour suspension to your account for class bookings.

It is important that you warm up before jumping into high intensity training, a warm up is essential to prevent injury.

3. What do I need to bring with me for a Group Exercise Class?

Water, towel and mat.

DOOLEYS Health + Fitness supply equipment required for all classes on offer.

However, if you may wish to bring your own yoga mat.

4. Is there an additional cost for Group Fitness on top of my membership?

Group Fitness is complimentary with every membership – There are no additional fees.
