Group Exercise FAQ

1. How do I register for a Group Exercise Class?

Visit our links kiosk located next to the stairs that lead to the Group Exercise Studio on the main Gym Floor, scan your membership card, select the class and out will come a ticket for you to give to the instructor.

Registrations are only accepted from the kiosk an hour or less before the start time of the class.

Example: You can register for a 6.30pm from 5.30pm onwards.

2. What happens if I'm more than 10 minutes late for a Group Exercise Class?

Entry into the class more than 10 minutes late is subject to the instructor’s decision as you may have missed the vital warm up before jumping into high intensity training.

Warming up before the class is essential to prevent injury.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be directed to warm up for a period of time before joining the class.

3. What do I need to bring with me for a Group Exercise Class?

Water and a towel.

DOOLEYS Health + Fitness supply equipment required for all classes on offer.

However, you may wish to bring your own Boxing Gloves or Yoga Matt.

4. Is there an additional cost for Group Fitness on top of my membership?

Group Fitness is complimentary with every guest pass and membership – There are no additional fees.
