A no time wasted abdominal focussed quickie – Designed to engage and build your core muscle groups that will result in improved posture, flexibility, range of motion, strength and stability through your body’s mid-section.

Fun fact: Did you know the core has more than 7 components? Building on the foundations and learning how to work the different parts in unison is where it all starts. Our coaches have varied back grounds including Group Fitness certificates and some hold Exercise Physiology degrees – meaning not only do they know how to deliver a good workout, they also understand the body, its core functions and turn up each week to make sure you get the most out of the core blast class!

This class is in the FX Zone located on the main Gym floor and is fitted out with all you need to get it done. Don’t forget your water bottle and towel!
