A class of the high intensity interval variety, X-Treme builds on your body’s ability to process oxygen both through the working stages and recovery phases. As a result, X-Train will work to improve your ability to train hard, recover fast and hit it again!

The class is run from the Main Group Fitness studio on level 3. Our HIIT instructors live what they preach, meaning – the programming comes from principles and concepts our professionals use in their own workouts to smash their own goals. The studio is fitted with all you need to get this workout done!

X-Train is run from the FX Zone – Established in 2017 and located in the back-right corner of the main Gym Floor – It has been the beating heart of Functional Training at DOOLEYS Health + Fitness since its inception. More than a class, FX is a community that work together to get fitter, stronger and faster together.

Make sure to bring water and a towel to every workout!
