You can’t spell CHALLENGE without CHANGE
What a pleasure to see new and familiar faces take part in our 8 week challenge program. It’s always exciting when exercise is taken out from the comfort of our lovely indoor gym and onto the rooftop – level 4 of the multi-storey car park. Rest assured you are in great hands with our veteran trainer, Coach Wayne, who looks to bring his love for training and creativity to you!
Before our first session, please read the important information below:
- Book each session via DOOLEYS Health + Fitness App, up to 24 hours before
- First session tomorrow, 22nd October: Please meet at gym reception at 8:20am and we will proceed to the rooftop together as a group. You will know exactly where to meet for the rest of the challenge.
- Be SUN SMART: Apply sunscreen, bring a water bottle and towel.
- Be COVID safe: We will provide sanitizer wipes, and it is optional to bring your own exercise mat.
- Wet weather: In the event of wet/bad weather, the session will be relocated to the undercover level below (level 3). If there are situations outside the control of DHF, the session may be cancelled and a make-up session will be organised.
- Any changes will be communicated by text with as much notice as possible, please ensure your mobile contacts are up to date with gym reception.
