Online Class Registration

Online Class Terms and Conditions

  • Due to security you must use your registered name when prompt upon joining the online class.
  • This online class is FREE of charge for all DOOLEYS Health + Fitness Members, and your gym membership will not be affected or charged by attending this class.
  • You must have completed DOOLEYS Health + Fitness Pre-Exercise Questionnaire form or the online Pre-Exercise form before attending any classes.
  • For safety reasons, member/s may not be allowed entry to online group classes after the “warmup” has ended (approximately 5minutes into the class) – final decision is made at the discretion of the Group Fitness Instructor.
  • Throughout any class, participants must take everything at their own level of fitness from beginners to advance. Any injuries/pregnancies please make sure you have a medical clearance to exercise.
  • The Club strongly advises you to take medical advice prior to undertaking any exercise program or other physical activity, if you are in any doubt about your condition or fitness.
  • All classes are subject to change/cancellation for any reason.
  • Filming or photography of any kind by any members are not permitted without the prior permission of DHF Management.
  • You consent DOOLEYS Group, to take and use digital images, photographs or videos from the online class for use in internal and external promotional materials. These materials might include printed or electronic publications, websites and social media. You further authorize the use of these materials without compensation . All negatives, prints, digital reproductions shall be the property of the DOOLEYS Group.
  • Please notes that we only provide our online classes for domestic and private use. You agree not to use this for commercial or business purposes and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
  • DOOLEYS Health + Fitness reverse the right to remove you form the online fitness class if your behaviour, attire and actions are deemed to breach our content standard.
  • Any liability that the Club would otherwise have in any way in connection with any service provided to you or your use of the Facility under any guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law relating to death or personal injury, is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Online Les Mills Body Attack

Les Mills Body Attack delivers a high every interval training class combining athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises.

What you need:

Water and Towel.

Description:

A series of floor based exercises and stretches to work and strengthen the deep postural muscles of the core.

What you need:

Yoga mat and water.

Online Yoga

Date: Sunday 10th October

Time: 9:30am – 10:30am

 

Description:

Yoga improves mental well-being and physical self through a range of poses. It helps lengthen and strengthen the entire body, relieve stress, improved posture and flexibility.

What you need:

Yoga mat and water. Optional: yoga strap and/or block.
