General T&Cs
• Must be a DOOLEYS Lidcombe Catholic Club Member
• Must be an active DHF member – inclusive of visit passes
Active member: hold a current DD, upfront, 10VP, 10 SNR VP membership or a member who regularly attends then gym on a VP or PT VP.
• Registration is required, payment must be taken at time of registration. Registration at gym reception. Max 65 pax including staff
• Registration ends 19/11/26
Prize T&Cs
• Prizes will be presented as a part of the event
• A prize winner on the night cannot win a subsequent prize
• The final winner of each prize will be determined by DHF management
Additional T&Cs
• Menu choices are preset. An effort to accommodate for special dietary requirements will be made.
• Smart casual dress code is required for the event. Strictly no trainers, sneakers, gym shorts and singlets will be permitted.
• Photography and videos may be taken during the event and used for gym marketing, social media and promotional purposes.
• All participants are to act in a proper and safe manner in line with Regents St Pavilion conditions of entry. In the event of any person behaving disorderly or
• inappropriately, he or she will respectfully be cautioned in the first instance. If, in
• management or venue supervisor's opinion, there is continuing nuisance to staff or other guests, the person/s will be asked to leave. No refunds will be given.
• DOOLEYS Regent Street Pavilion practices the responsible service of alcohol. Alcohol is against the law for persons under the age of 18 to purchase and/or consume at an event. Any person supplying alcohol to an underage person is in danger of committing a criminal offence. We respectfully advise only drinks supplied or sold by DOOLEYS are permitted in the venue.
• There is zero tolerance policy to illicit drugs and reserves the right of entry.
• Smoking will not be allowed at the event location, but several smoking zones are available within the venue.
• Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and DOOLEYS accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal belongings left unattended on premises.
• In the highly unlikely circumstances that we must cancel the event or change the entertainment due to circumstances beyond our control, such as illness, severe weather or any circumstances which would risk danger to our staff and members, we will notify you and you may be offered an alternative event or a refund. We will of course do all possible to ensure the event continues as planned.
