This Winter, trainer Andy breaks down and simplifies the process of structuring your workouts. Whether you are a beginner to the gym just starting out, or an advanced trainer with extensive experience, you are guaranteed to come out of this seminar with a new perspective on programming, based on science and experience.


The key points that Andy will cover in this seminar are:

  • The body’s response and adaptations to resistance training
  • Repetitions, sets, load and rest periods based on your goals
  • Structuring your own programs with live feedback

The seminar is scheduled to run on MONDAY 24 JUNE between 6pm – 7pm.
