Welcome to the 8 Week Rooftop Bootcamp Program

Hello Bootcampers!

What a pleasure to see new and familiar faces take part in our rooftop bootcamp program. It’s always exciting when exercise is taken out from the comfort of our lovely indoor gym to the multi storey carpark on level 4 rooftop. Rest assured you are in great hands with our veteran outdoor/bootcamp trainer Coach Karl who looks to bring his love for training and creativity to you!

Before our first session, please read the important information below:

  • Member’s must have their temperature checked at gym reception, swipe their card through turnstile and meet Coach Karl at the rooftop by 5:55pm.
  • Be SUN SMART: Apply sunscreen, bring a water bottle and towel
  • COVID SAFE Rules: Please bring your own Exercise Mat, Sessions have been design to ensure no sharing of equipment, Members must wipe down equipment before and after use, Members must sanitize their hands before and after their sessions.
  • Make up Sessions: In the event of bad weather or situations outside of DOOLEYS Health + Fitness control, sessions will be cancelled and a make up session will take place.

Monday’s 6pm make up session will take place on the following day on Tuesday 6pm

Thursday’s 6pm make up session will take place on the following Saturday at 8am
