An art embracing the mind, body and spirit – Originating in ancient China, tai chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. Although an art with great depth of knowledge and skill, it can be easy to learn and soon delivers its health benefits.

For many, it continues as a lifetime journey. Our Tai Chi community at DOOLEYS Health + Fitness are extremely passionate about the practice. They are known to support each other through the discipline – And there is no way to connect that is more powerful than something that transforms the mind and body for the better.

Our Tai Chi instructor Cyril embodies that of a true professional and has won medals in China for his dedication in practicing and teaching. He has built a following of members who have travelled him around for years and is very welcoming to new people wanting to practice Tai Chi part of our community.

Tai Chi is run from the Main Group Fitness Studio on Level 3 and is fitted with all equipment you’ll need to get the most from the practice.
