A 30-minute, 3 class part series on at 5.00pm every Monday, Wednesday and Friday – designed to educate, demonstrate and give you the space to experience a split training programme each week.

Monday is Chest and Arms, Wednesday is Legs and Core and Friday brings you back and shoulders. The class is structured where you’ll be coached through more than 5 exercises targeting the specified body parts with appropriate weight choices, rep ranges and recovery time in between.

Split programming is designed to cover all the components that make up the one muscles group, ensuring absolute training efficacy when it comes to sculpting and toning. For example, did you know the triceps is not one muscle – It is made up of three different heads, each of which can only be targeted through different triceps exercises. Now, take this example and apply is to every muscle group in the body! The options and areas are endless. So, leave it to our coaches to train you. At the very least, you will learn a new library of takeaways to implement into your own training and at best, experience definition in areas you may not have been able to achieve otherwise. Not to mention, you’ll be working with an amazing community of members out to achieve a similar goal.

Attend one or all three sessions per week for maximum gain!

The class is run from the Main Group Fitness studio on Level 3. Don’t forget your water bottle and towel.
