Super Circuit has been running on the DOOLEYS Health + Fitness since the club was born in 2013.
A high energy circuit-based class that focusses on station-based work varying in styles including strength, conditioning, cardio, agility and everything in between. The class delivers elements of team work ensuring you get the opportunity to connect with like-minded members with similar goals!
You’ll use a variety of different equipment pieces during the class including dumbbells, barbells, speed ladders, skipping ropes, hurdles combined with floor work. Different principles like AMRAP (as many reps as possible) and EMOM (every minute on the minute) will keep the workout different and fun!
The class is suitable for all fitness levels and capabilities as you will work at your own intensity level. Improve cardiovascular fitness and strength. A class of the HIIT variety like Super Circuit is designed to improve your ability to work hard, recover and then go back to work harder and stronger. Located in the Main Group Fitness studio on Level 3, the class room is equipped with all you need to get the workout done. Don’t forget your water and towel!
