Core Blast has been a member favourite since 2013. A whole class dedicated on activating, working and strengthening the muscle groups and areas that make up our core being. Supporting lower back and surrounding area exercises are also delivered, as a strong core is so much more than ‘abs’!
Fun fact: Did you know the core has more than 7 components? Building on the foundations and learning how to work the different parts in unison is where it all starts. Our coaches have varied back grounds including Group Fitness certificates and some hold Exercise Physiology degrees – meaning not only do they know how to deliver a good workout, they also understand the body, it’s core functions and turn up each week to make sure you get the most out of the core blast class!
Located in the Group Fitness studio on Level 3, the class room is fitted with all you need to participate in the class. Make sure to bring a water bottle and towel!
