BoxFit – a high intensity session designed to burn fat fast! Learn the basics of boxing drills in a fitness based session utilising gloves & focus mitts, with intervals of bodyweight exercises. BoXing is also available in a 30 minute express, small group training session in our FX Zone.

The class is run in our main Group Fitness studios located on Level 3. The studio is fully fitted with all your boxing class needs including mitts, pads and mats – However, you are encouraged to bring your own gear.

BoxFit offers strong elements of partner work giving you the opportunity to connect and train with like-minded members who are here for the same reasons you are.

Our boxing instructors are fully qualified and come with years of experience in the Health + Fitness industry. They are there to support and coach members through the workout to get maximum benefit in a welcoming, safe and fun environment. What are you waiting for?
